What Is A Mood Chart?

Basically it’s a way for you to be able to track your feelings and mood each day for a week, month or year – on one page.

Pick a colour for each emotion you want to track, and colour in one space for each day that goes with the main mood of that day.

Having everything on one page means you can clearly see how your mood goes over the entire year.

Quote - Mindset is what separates the best from the rest

The easiest way is to do this over a year because you can see a longer period of time and therefore can start to see trends.

Are there months / seasons where you’re happier than others? Were you going through something at a specific time?

All these will give you clues about how to make the next year work even better for you – by hopefully avoiding the dips from this year a little.

After all – knowledge is power!

Note: This template is available in both A4 and Letter sizes, as a pdf template. Although 80gsm paper is adequate for most day to day uses, I recommend printing on paper that’s at least 100gsm for the best results, and 120gsm if displaying the printable. You could also use coloured paper for a more personalised style (I love using brown paper!).
