What Is A Fitness Planner?

A fitness planner is a quick and easy way to set a fitness goal and track the steps you need to do to reach that goal.

With space to track the date each step should be done by, and a place to tick each one when done – you’ll be fitter before you know it!

Perfect for tracking fitness for a specific race or event, or any fitness goal you want to achieve such as timing for a run, weight lifted, lengths swum etc…

This free fitness planner printable pdf can be yours right now!

It’s part of the Free Printables Library available to all subscribers of OMH, and all you need to do to get access to it is click on the button below and sign up.

Note: This template is available in both A4 and Letter sizes, as a pdf template. Although 80gsm paper is adequate for most day to day uses, I recommend printing on paper that’s at least 100gsm for the best results, and 120gsm if displaying the printable. You could also use coloured paper for a more personalised style (I love using brown paper!).

A good idea to use this is to print it off 2 to a page (so it would be half size) and then add to your gym bag so you have it ready to go when you want to see what to do next at the gym. It will keep you motivated with your goals if you can see it every time you go.

I hope it helps – and good luck with whatever goal you choose!

This is the longest I've ever stayed subscribed to an email list. I think you have great ideas, and you are surely an encouragement to many.
