This free printable 24hr weekly schedule template can be yours right now!

It’s part of the Free Printables Library available to all subscribers of OMH, and all you need to do to get access to it is click on the button below and sign up.

Note: This template is available in both A4 and Letter sizes, as a pdf template. Although 80gsm paper is adequate for most day to day uses, I recommend printing on paper that’s at least 100gsm for the best results, and 120gsm if displaying the printable. You could also use coloured paper for a more personalised style (I love using brown paper!).

How To Use A 24hr Weekly Calendar

This 1 page weekly calendar is so handy for creating your weekly schedule.

Because it’s split up into hourly increments, and covers all 24 hours of each day, you can clearly see everything you do over the week, and exactly how busy you are.

It gives you a really good overview of how you spend your time, how balanced your week is, whether you’re over scheduling yourself, and where you may have time to do other things.

So handy!

STEP ONE: Block out the times where you’re busy each week with non moveable (scheduled) items.

You can colour code these as well for types of task.

For example – use green pens to block out the time you spend working, blue pens for sleep, orange for eating, yellow for exercise, etc…

STEP TWO: Take a look at the spaces left (if any). If you need to make changes then you have a much better view of what could be changed, and you can plan from there.

STEP THREE: Add to your planner or to the wall, so you can always see an overview of your week, hour by hour.

TIP – This is a great tool to start teaching kids about time management, or for yourself if you’re trying to make better use of your time (or want to find time to do something new).
