What Is A Countdown Calendar?
A countdown calendar is a type of chart that counts down in increments from a large number to 0.
It is often used to keep track of how many days to an event such as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or other important occasions.
It can also be used to count down the days until a deadline or project completion date.

It’s part of the Free Printables Library available to all subscribers of OMH, and all you need to do to get access to it is click on the button below and sign up.
Note: This template is available in both A4 and Letter sizes, as a pdf template. Although 80gsm paper is adequate for most day to day uses, I recommend printing on paper that’s at least 100gsm for the best results, and 120gsm if displaying the printable. You could also use coloured paper for a more personalised style (I love using brown paper!).
How To Use A Countdown Calendar
A countdown calendar is particularly useful to track projects that will last a specific amount of time or another measurement.
For example – 100 days of eating well, 100 days to Christmas, 100 hours of exercise, 100 pounds to save for something, 100 miles of running…
You can simply print off a copy of the calendar, and add what the countdown is at the bottom of the page.
Once ready, just add to your planner or the wall and then check off each step as you complete it.
You can see progress really easily – which will motivate you to finish, and also get you excited to see the finish line getting closer.
Whether you’re counting down the days to a special occasion or keeping track of upcoming deadlines, a countdown calendar printable can help you stay organised and motivated.
So why not download your own today (you can get it in the free printables library)?
You never know – it might just be the boost you need to get things done!
