Note: This template is available in both A4 and Letter sizes, as a pdf template. Although 80gsm paper is adequate for most day to day uses, I recommend printing on paper that’s at least 100gsm for the best results, and 120gsm if displaying the printable. You could also use coloured paper for a more personalised style (I love using brown paper!).
How To Use This Meal Plan Printable
This printable meal planner is brilliant for planning out an entire month of meals.
A lot of the time, the only meal that needs planning is your evening meal.
Most of us have an easy breakfast, and eat lunch out of the house. The evening meal is where we all come together to eat and therefore that meal needs the most planning.
This printable has space to add in a meal each day for an entire month – so you can plan it all out at a glance.
You can create a meal plan for each month of the year, so you can change things as seasons change (maybe more salads in the hot weather and more soups in the cold, for example). Also, it’s nice to change meals a little so you don’t get bored!
You could print off a few of these meal planners and add them to a clipboard in your kitchen. Then, at the end of the month you can take a few minutes to plan out your meals for the next month.
This is a great way to stop everyone asking ‘what’s for dinner’ as well!
