I'm on a mission to stop 'busy' being a badge of honour.

Why DO we feel like we have to be busy all the time?

Why have we normalised the response to 'how are you' as 'busy / hectic / rushed off my feet / **ENTER WORD OF YOUR CHOICE THAT MEANS THE SAME THING**'? 

Instead, let's celebrate UN-busy!

Because, why shouldn't we celebrate those people who are NOT busy while still running their lives (and their homes) really well?

Surely THAT would be the better way to be.... to get it all done (everything that truly should be done, that is) - and not feel overworked in the process.

So - let's take back our time.

Let's simplify things so that we can feel less rushed each and every day, AND have more space for what we REALLY want to do....
