No. This is a digital product and will delivered to you via email, so you can get started straight away.
You can use a pdf reader such as Adobe, or print it out - the choice is yours.
The Handbook shows examples of the different forms filled in, but your Workbook is blank for you to fill in each section.
This is so that you can create a bespoke Home Staging action plan for your home.
It has been designed so that you think about everything you need to at the right stage of the process - and guide you through it - but the actual info is for you to add.
The workbook and handbook have been formatted to print out on both sides of the paper.
This gives the best look and feel and stops it being too bulky (or wasting paper).
Simply set your printer to print on both sides (this is sometimes called duplex printing).
If your printer doesn't have this setting, then I would suggest getting it printed at a local print shop for the best overall look.
(Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on printer settings).
You get immediate access upon purchase - your access details will be emailed to you.
When you get access I advise making a copy and saving to your computer - so you have it.
But you will have a place to go to get the items again if necessary (you create a login to the shop when you purchase, and anything you buy will be kept for you in your personal section).
This shop section means that I can easily give you free products updates - as you get these included in your purchase, should they ever need to be made.
