This year on Organise My House…

At the end of the year I always take some time out to look back and see what’s happened over the past 12 months. Today I wanted to share that with you, and to also look forward to the new year and what’s to come – hopefully you’re just as excited as I am about everything!

This year on Organise My House - whats happened and what's still to come

This year on the blog…

It has been a truly amazing 2015, and I wanted to share with you some of my highlights: –

  • The “Cut the clutter” challenge started at the beginning of the year, and so far over 1000 people have joined in. Thank you if you have taken the challenge, I have had some lovely feedback on the positive difference it has made to so many of your homes and lives which I love to hear about. If you haven’t taken it yet, then now is a great time to get started – CLICK HERE for more details.
  • My readers are growing in number every month – In October a huge milestone was reached – the site broke through the 2 million page view mark (how many pages have been looked at since the site started), and 1 million of those are this year alone – a HUGE milestone that I am so proud of. It seems that getting organised is a popular topic!
  • All the eBooks for sale have had a revamp and update – the Home File is now fillable (which has been requested so many times I can’t tell you!), and everything has a similar look and feel so you can mix and match things much more.
  • The website itself has had an update in look and feel – I felt that it was time for a change, and so far you are loving the new look which is really great news.

All of these things are so exciting – things are changing, the site is growing, and this gives me lots of energy and enthusiasm to make 2016 an even bigger year.

Talking about 2016…

I also wanted to take the opportunity to let you know some of the things I have planned over the next 12 months (writing them all down also means I am more accountable for getting them done, which is no bad thing!).

  • Adding another free challenge to the site in the spring – watch this space!
  • Adding another eBook (or maybe even two) to the site – I have been busy writing and developing them over the past few months after having lots of feedback about what you have wanted to see on the site (keep reading for another opportunity to tell me what you want…)
  • Writing more posts – I will be sticking to 2 posts a week for the time being as this means I have some time to develop other things behind the scenes for you – and what I want to look at is doing a few shorter posts that are quick tips as this is something that has been requested a lot as well.
  • Continuing to add more value for you – that’s my priority.

A quick favour…

As a really valued reader of Organise My House, I would love to get some help from you if possible.

As it’s the end of the year, I wanted to get some feedback from you – I want to know what you want to see on it in the next 12 months.

I have put together a small survey that you can find below. If you could spare 5 minutes to answer the questions then it will really help me to ensure that what I write/create/share with you are what you want to see.

This site is ultimately about helping you to simplify your life, and as such, feedback is very gratefully received.

Thanks so much if you are able to help x

So, with 2015 drawing very quickly to a close, I wanted to wish you a very happy new year. I hope that you will continue to stop by in 2016 to see what’s new, and see all that the new year has to bring!

Thanks again for your support over the past 12 months (or whenever you found the site) – it means a lot that you read what I am writing and sharing – and I truly hope that it helps you.
