Check through your recipe books – are you REALLY using them all? Have a declutter of those you don’t read.

My Tips and Advice:
I don’t think I have ever been in a kitchen that hasn’t got at least one recipe book in it.
But mostly, the person who does the cooking never reads the recipe book for inspiration, possibly if there’s a dinner party, but usually not. I am a person who loves reading recipe books, and looking at the gorgeous pictures of the food in them – but it takes quite a push to try new things.
The reasoning for this is usually lack of spare time. We stick to tried and trusted recipes because we know we can cook them quickly, and that people will like them and eat them.
This does mean then, that most recipe books in kitchens are just sitting there not being used – and are therefore clutter…..
Today, why not go through your collection and see exactly which ones you do use, and which ones can be given to charity or a friend etc….
TIP – If you are keeping a recipe book for a specific recipe, then consider copying that recipe into a Recipe file** of your own and getting rid of the book itself to save space
