Ready to get the new school year organised – for free? well, you’re in luck with this gorgeous 2 page black and white Academic Year planner for 2020-21! Simply print it off and use as you like – you can track school holidays, days off, birthdays, events and loads more – use colour to personalise as well. Hope it helps!

As we’re now in June already (seriously – where is time going?), I thought it would be the perfect time to give you a free printable academic year planner. It’s a two page printable that starts on August 1st and runs right through until the end of July 2021.
I use year planner all the time because they are so useful to have in your diary, or on your wall. They give a really quick and easy to glance at overview of what’s coming up – and I wouldn’t be without one!.
Think of all the things that would be great to track on your Academic Year planner: –
- School holidays
- Family holidays
- Time off work
- Exam dates
- Special days
- Events
I always find that a planner like this helps to see things a lot more clearly. For example – I love being able to scan to see how many weeks until an event, and schedule work and plans accordingly.
Here’s a quick look at the one I’ve made for this year: –

It’s a two pager instead of one so there’s more space to write things in, and it’s in black and white to allow you to colour code anything you write into it to make it stand out more.

WHERE SHOULD IT BE KEPT?
This really depends on who is using it, and what you are using it for – here are a few suggestions:-
- On the front of your childs school folder
- In your Home File
- In your own diary at the front
- On your kitchen door so that everyone can see what’s coming up
